The Swiss real estate landscape has been profoundly altered by recent mergers between real estate portals. Many agencies have told us of their frustration - even exasperation - at the constraints they face in choosing their publishing platforms.

Faced with this situation, dreamo.ch, properstar.ch and urbanhome.ch have joined forces to offer a concrete solution: enabling real estate agencies to regain control of their distribution strategy.

In an efficient market, as in any competitive market, no single player should be able to influence prices to their advantage. That's why, as of today, agencies can benefit from simplified and automated publication on dreamo.ch, properstar.ch and urbanhome.ch.

This initiative, called Swiss-MLS, expands the possibilities for ad distribution, complementing the regional portals of the professional associations (immobilier.ch, newhome.ch) and the SMG Group's bouquet.

The aim of Swiss-MLS is clear: to give agencies back the freedom to choose where and when to publish their ads, according to their own sales and marketing strategies.

What is Swiss-MLS?
Swiss-MLS is a collaboration between dreamo.ch, properstar.ch, and urbanhome.ch that unites real estate listings from across Switzerland. Our mission is to give agencies more visibility, simplify cross-portal publishing, increase efficiency, transparency, and reach in the Swiss property market.
Does Swiss-MLS offer a single subscription for all portals?
Not yet. Swiss-MLS does not sell subscriptions directly. Each partner portal dreamo.ch, properstar.ch and urbanhome.ch has its own commercial offer and pricing.

For most CRMs in Switzerland, there are bridge fees to publish on a Swiss-MLS partner portal. Ask your provider directly to know the eventual price.
How do I receive leads?
The selected partner portal automatically forwards all leads from Swiss-MLS to you.
How can I measure performance and the number of leads from Swiss-MLS portals?
If your CRM is integrated with the Swiss-MLS partner portals, you can track all leads in your CRM. Some CRM providers may charge a fee for this service.
